We have 7 day return policy, which means you have 7  days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, the wrong item, or you are simply not satisfied so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Everything we sell is returnable. Your satisfaction is our goal.

Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the tree you buy online or in person, we are happy to exchange it for the same size tree you like.

Refunds
We will refund your money if you are not satisfied with your tree you bought online or in person.  We will also recommend where to find a tree that meets your expectations if our tree selection does not.
