Exceptions / non-returnable items

If you are not satisfied with the Christmas Tree you buy online, we are happy to exchange it for the same size tree you like.
We will refund your money if you are not satisfied with your tree you bought online. Just return tree to our location and we will immediately process refund to original form of payment.
